Why CHW?
Alignment to BATA's Values
Key Characteristics of the Program
BATA’s CHW pathway
was launched in the
Fall of 2022
and is taught by a
CHW and a BATA teacher.
It is currently in its
third year of operations
.
The pathway is designed to provide a total of
120 hours of training
to the students.
All CHW pathway students get certified in
CPR and Mental Health First Aid
.
We have
three tiers of differentiation
based on specialization (see image below).
