Principal/Head of School or designee outside the BT1 bargaining unit. No paraprofessional should be evaluated by the teacher in charge of the classroom where they are assigned.
Paraprofessional evaluations are created and stored in VectorEvals+ using the appropriate “classroom” or “non-classroom” form within the Paraprofessional Evaluation Plan. Evaluations are required every two years. Paraprofessionals may ONLY sign their evaluation form digitally in VectorEvals if they use a SCHOOL-ISSUED computer to do so. Otherwise, the eval must be printed from Vector, signed with an ink signature, and attached to the form in Vector as a PDF. The new guidelines are based on Superintendent Circulars, HRS-PM07 and HRS-PM07A (classroom and non-classroom) as outlined in the table below.
