2019 Keynote Address - "Fighting Food Insecurity" by Professor Norbert Wilson, Professor of Food Policy at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy.  His research touches on a number of food issues of such as access, choice, and food waste. Professor Norbert Wilson's keynote address engaged our students to think about the drivers of food insecurity and set the stage for panelists from Greater Boston Food Bank, Food for Free, Sustainable Cape, and Tufts Food Rescue Collaborative to connect their experiences with local problem-solving in ways that inspired the students.
