Who We Are

We are a small team of data analysts dedicated to improving long-term enrollment planning in the district by providing high-quality data analytics.

What We Do

The Planning and Analysis team is responsible for producing the annual enrollment projections, which is the first step in the school budget building process. In addition to producing projections, we work closely with school leaders to support them through the projections and budget process. We also produce other analyses to support long-term student assignment and enrollment planning.
